Why Google Drive?

Because computers break. Because flash drives get lost. Because accidents happen.

Google Drive is Google’s cloud storage service. Saving files to your Google Drive allows you to access your files from any computer, anywhere, as long as it has internet access. You can also sync the files to your computer for offline access. Google Drive also serves as our backup solution. If you lose your computer, or little brother decides to give it a bath, or you just happen to not have it with you, you can access your files from any computer, anywhere, that has access to the internet and the ability to sign into Google Drive. You can also access your files from the Google Drive app available on mobile devices.

Please be aware that if you choose to save files directly to your computer or external storage device instead of Google Drive, if anything happens to that computer such as a virus or hard drive failure, theft, or physical damage, your data will likely be lost.
