Calling All Creative Artists!
Show your school spirit and design the next Chromebook background!
We're launching a contest to find the perfect digital artwork or photograph to represent our school, student body, and community as the new Chromebook background. Unleash your creativity and submit your design for a chance to win and see your artwork used by everyone!
Here's the scoop:
Contest Dates:
Submissions Accepted: February 12, 2024 - March 15, 2024
Voting: March 25, 2024 - March 27, 2024
Winner Announced: April 2, 2024
Eligibility: All students grades 5-12 are welcome to participate!
Submission Requirements:
One submission per student.
Artwork must be submitted as a JPEG or PNG file with a maximum size of 10mb.
Landscape format with a resolution of 1920x1080p.
Digital art or photography representing your school, student body, and community.
School-appropriate content following all policies and guidelines in the student handbook.

Voting: After Spring Break, students will vote for their favorite design through the submission form.
Winner: The winning artwork will be announced on April 2, 2024, and will become the official Chromebook background for everyone!
By submitting your artwork to this contest, you grant Bray-Doyle Public Schools the right to use your submission for promoting the school, including but not limited to being posted on the website and social media, flyers, t-shirts, merchandise, etc. Winning artwork will be selected at the final discretion of Bray-Doyle administration

American Rescue Plan Use of Funds
All new students MUST provide the following items at enrollment
“For school enrollment, a parent or guardian shall provide one of the following: 1. Current, up-to-date immunization records; or 2. A completed and signed exemption form.”
Dear Parents,
The free and reduced lunch forms play a key role in school funding. Not only for the lunch program but also for the Title I, Title II, Title III, Title IV, Title V, Title Reap and federal school wide programs. Your information is kept private. Please help our students by turning in a form even if you don't think or know that your child qualifies. If you have any questions please feel free to call our offices.
