***Updated with Detailed Schedules Below**

The following is the schedule to pick up personal belongings and drop off anything belonging to Bray-Doyle. When you arrive, your things will be bagged and ready for you. You will receive your classroom (or locker) belongings, your report card, awards, and Spring pictures. If you have not already done so, please return all textbooks, library books, borrowed instruments, uniforms (athletic, FCCLA, band, etc.), athletic equipment, and anything else that belongs to the school. Even if you have a library book that you've been hanging onto since last school year, you may bring it. This will allow us to continue checking out those items in the future.

Bray-Doyle Public School will be offering breakfast and lunch to the Bray-Doyle students, that have signed up for them, in a drive through format, beginning Monday, March 23rd.

PARENTS AND STUDENTS WILL REMAIN IN THEIR VEHICLES AT ALL TIMES AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE BUILDINGS.

Parents will follow the one way flow of traffic around the Middle School and the Gymnasium.

Vehicles will stop at a check station just before reaching the back door of the cafeteria, located between the Elementary building and the High School building.
This will allow us to determine the number of meals needed for the students of that family.

Vehicles will then proceed to the pickup station located at the back door of the cafeteria, to receive their meal.

Breakfast will be served from 8:00 AM to 10 AM and Lunches will be served from 10 AM to  11:00 AM each day, Monday - Friday.

If you wish to sign your child up for breakfast and lunch during the school closing please send list of which children are eating to the following email bdpslunches@braydoyle.k12.ok.us

Dear Parents,

The free and reduced lunch forms play a key role in school funding. Not only for the lunch program but also for the Title I, Title II, Title III, Title IV, Title V, Title Reap and federal school wide programs. Your information is kept private. Please help our students by turning in a form even if you don't think or know that your child qualifies. If you have any questions please feel free to call our offices.

Thank you
