8th, 9th, & 10th Grades: Click here to begin the process for Oklahoma's Promise. Oklahoma's Promise is for those interested in attending college. It will pay for tuition at any Oklahoma public university if your parents meet the income requirements. However, once the you have completed the 10th grade, you may no longer apply for Oklahoma's Promise.
