Oklahoma’s Promise (previously called OHLAP) pays for a student’s college tuition in the state of Oklahoma.
Oklahoma’s Promise allows eighth-, ninth-, 10th-, and 11th-grade students from families with an income of $60,000 or less to earn a college tuition scholarship. Students must also meet academic and conduct requirements in high school. For any year the income of the student’s parents exceeds $100,000, the student will not be eligible for the award that year.
Students may come by my office to pick up an application or apply online at: https://myokpromise.org/
If you complete the online form, you must mail in the required tax documents.
